The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 16th Annual M&A Advisor Awards on Monday, November 13th at the 2017 M&A Advisor Awards Gala to a sold-out crowd at the Metropolitan Club, New York, NY. At the gala, Patrick O’Keefe was honored to be named the Deal Professional of the Year.

Mr. O’Keefe, Founder and CEO of O’Keefe, is recognized as an expert in the fields of corporate reorganization, financing, debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support. Mr. O’Keefe possesses over 30 years of experience in the financial advisory and turnaround consulting industries, having worked on assignments across various industries including retail, construction, automotive, manufacturing, and real estate.

The 16th Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala honored professionals whose activities set the standard for M&A transactions. This year, over 280 nominees, representing over 650 companies, became finalists for the awards.
