O’Keefe, a leading financial and strategic advisory firm specializing in enterprise consulting, litigation support, strategic advisory, and turnaround and restructuring is pleased to welcome Michael Petix to the Corporate Finance team.

Mike has spent his career finding, closing, and managing debt, equity and real property investments for restructurings, buy-outs and general corporate purposes. He has significant experience financing and working out distressed businesses in and out of bankruptcy.

Mike earned an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University and a BSBA degree with dual major in finance and accounting from Central Michigan University. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), member of the Commercial Finance Association (CFA), the Society of Automotive Analysts, the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
